Finalize Deposits Button
In normal
circumstances, the add final
deposit button is used to make your final deposits to close out your CMD document. Use the finalize
deposits button only if you accidentally deposit all of your checks in
the interim deposits screen.
If you accidentally deposit all of your checks in the interim deposits screen, the system displays the finalize deposits button in the bottom of the Deposits tab to allow you to finalize your last interim deposit. The remaining currencies and coins are also finalized.
Click 
to
finalize the last interim deposit.
When the deposits are finalized, the Cash Drawer Status becomes 'Locked' and you may submit the CMD document.
