Summaries and Forms Available from the Reports Tab

When you click a linked document ID in the search results table, the system displays the document, including a Reports tab. This tab contains links that allow you to generate summaries and forms related to the move or relocation trip.

Moving and relocation summaries and forms

Link	Description
	A fax cover sheet for this reimbursement request.
	An expense certification form to be signed by a non-employee who is requesting reimbursement.
	A summary of expenses reported on this Moving and Relocation Reimbursement.
	A summary of moving and relocation expenses organized by day reported on this Moving and Relocation Reimbursement.
