The following example displays the routing when a document is approved by the KFS-SYS Asset Manager first. It displays the routing before fiscal officer approval.

Here is the action list of Jacobs, Fredric before approval of the KFS-SYS Asset Manager

Here is the action list of Jacobs, Fredric after approval of the KFS-CAM Asset Manager:

If the document is approved by the KFS-CAM Asset Manger, the FYI for the campus manager is removed; however if the KFS-CAMS Asset Manger approves the document first, it will still need to be approved by the KFS-SYS (system) Asset Manager.

This next example displays the routing when the document is approved by the KFS-CAM Asset Manager first. Here is the routing before fiscal officer approval.

Notice in the Actions Taken section that Jacobs, Fredrick ( the KFS-CAM Asset Manager) has viewed the document, and the document is still awaiting approval of the KFS-SYS Asset Manager.
