Sustainability Tab

The Sustainability tab is used to capture vendor sustainability information. The Sustainability tab consists of four sections: Sustainable Supplier, Details, Last Updated Date, and Active Indicator.

A Sustainable Supplier collection record may be added only by a Purchasing Department staff member.

Description

Sustainable Supplier

Optional. Y or N.
Select 'Yes' or 'No' from the list to indicate if this is a sustainable supplier.

Details

Optional. Enter a text description indicating details related to the Sustainable Supplier.

Last Updated Date

Displays the last date the Sustainable Supplier collection record was updated.

Active Indicator

 

Required. Select the check box if the Sustainable Supplier collection is active. Clear the check box if it is inactive.

After adding a Sustainability collection record, click tinybutton-add1 to add it to the document.
