Organization Hierarchy
Budget Construction tracks your security by the organization tree level. 0 is a leaf level where the fiscal officer is assigned. This is the lowest level of the hierarchy. From this level, various levels of BC Processor may be defined traversing the organizational chain up to the top level of the university.
As the Budget Construction Processor role is assigned to a user for a specific level within the organization hierarchy, the user's ability to view/edit, pull up, or push down the BC documents is determined.
