The Budget Recording Level document contains the Edit Budget Recording Level tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Budget Recording Level Code

The budget recording level code that indicates at which level the account is recording its budget. Typical values are:

A: Account
C: Consolidation
L: Level
M: Mixed

N: No budget
O: Object Code

S: Sub-Account

Budget Recording Level Name

Required. A descriptive name for a budget recording level

Active Indicator

 

Indicates whether this budget recording level code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate a code.
