Rate Effective Date

The calendar date when the mileage rate became effective.

Travel Mileage Limit Amount

The maximum number of miles for which the rate is paid. Miles above the amount are not calculated at this rate, but may be calculated at a different rate in the table with a higher mileage limit amount.

Travel Mileage Rate

Required. The rate, in dollars and cents, to be used to calculate mileage payments.
