Report Option

Choose whether to generate the report for a processing organization, a billing organization.

Processing/Billing Chart Code

Required. The chart code for the report data.

Processing/Billing Organization Code

Required. Select from the drop down list the appropriate customer source code/organization code for the report data.

Customer Number

Required. Enter in the customer number or use the lookup to find it.
