Criminal Background Check Tab

The Criminal Background Check section records criminal background check information on the vendor record. It consists of three sections: Criminal Background Check Required, CBC Origin Date, and CBC Last Signature Date.

Criminal Background Check section definition

Title	Description
Criminal Background Check Required	Required when the vendor being created or edited is a vendor type indicated in the CRIMINAL_BACKGROUND_CHECK_REQUIRED_VENDOR_TYPES parameter. Valid values include “Yes”, “No”, “Yes/Certificate Held by Stakeholder”.
CBC Origin Date	Display Only. Displays the first date the Criminal Background Check Required field was set to “Yes” or “Yes/Stakeholder”.
CBC Last Signature Date	Required when the Criminal Background Check Required field has a value of “Yes”. Optional when the value is “Yes/Certificate Held By Stakeholder”.
