The Donor Maintenance document allows you to manage the Endowment system's Donor records. These records exist primarily for the purpose of creating periodic or annual donor statements. The only required field in this e-doc is the donor ID, which should match the donor identification number in your institution's donor database.
Your organization should develop a routine to
update data in the Donor records from the donor database regularly.
