Document Layout
The Room document includes the Edit Room tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections. Selected data fields are available for editing.

The name of the department to which the room is assigned. |

The particular type of room. |

Building Address Description |
A functional description or street address of the building in which the room is located. |

Active Indicator |
Indicates whether a room code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate the room code. |
