Document Layout

The Fund Source Code Maintenance document includes the Edit Source of Funds Code tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections in this tab. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Edit Source of Funds tab definition

Title	Description
Source of Funds Code	Required when initiating a document; otherwise, display only. Identifies a source of funding for a KEMID.
Source of Funds Code Description	Required. Your institution's description of this fund source.
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this source of funds code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate this Fund Source Code record.
