The Responsible Administration Code Maintenance document includes the Edit Responsible Administration Code tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections in this tab. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Edit Responsible Administration Code tab definition

Title	Description
Responsible Administration Code	Required when initiating a document; otherwise, display only. Indicates the department or group responsible for administration of the endowment.
Responsible Administration Code Description	Required. Your institution's description of this responsible administration code.
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this responsible administration code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate this Responsible Administration Code record.
