Document Layout

The Agreement Type Maintenance document includes the Edit Agreement Type Code tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections in this tab. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Edit Agreement Type Code tab definition

Title	Description
Agreement Type Code	Required when initiating a document; otherwise, display only. Identifies the type of agreement made between the donor or unit and the organization.
Agreement Type Code Description	Required. A description of this type of agreement.
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this agreement type code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate an agreement type code.
