Business Rules

•      Actual expenses and actual revenues balance types are eligible for close.

•      Those representing expense and revenue object types are eligible for close.

•      The annual balances that do not have a zero balance are eligible.

•      If the unit of work qualifies for closing nominal activity, create a pending close nominal activity entry in an object code defined in the NET_EXPENSE_OBJECT_CODE or NET_INCOME_OBJECT_CODE parameters. An entry is also made to the corresponding fund balance offset.
