The Budget Construction Selection screen is the hub of Budget Construction document operations. From the button-based menu on this screen, you may perform various tasks such as:
• Listing the accounts for which you are the fiscal officer or delegate
• Setting salary by position or incumbent
• Generating budget reports
• Exporting or importing budget data
• Pulling up or pushing down BC documents along the organizational tree
• Creating edit notes using the KFS Notes & Attachments tab
• Importing (union) pay rates (root-level user only)
• Using the Request Import tool to import non-compensation object code related accounting lines
