Budget Construction Tasks

The Budget Construction Selection screen is the hub of Budget Construction document operations. From the button-based menu on this screen, you may perform various tasks such as:

      Listing the accounts for which you are the fiscal officer or delegate

      Setting salary by position or incumbent

      Generating budget reports

      Exporting or importing budget data

      Pulling up or pushing down BC documents along the organizational tree

      Creating edit notes using the KFS Notes & Attachments tab

      Importing (union) pay rates (root-level user only)

      Using the Request Import tool to import non-compensation object code related accounting lines
