Service Billing

Term. A document similar in purpose to the Internal Billing but which does not route for approval. Use of this document is restricted to specified users and only authorized income accounts may be entered on the document. It is used for the billing of goods and services provided by an institution's department to another internal department, reflecting income to the provider and expense to the customer. The servicing department generates these transactions.
