The Donor Statement Code Maintenance document includes the Edit Donor Statement Code tab. The system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections in this tab. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Edit Donor Statement Code tab definition

Title	Description
Donor Statement Code	Required when initiating a document; otherwise, display only. A code indicating the type of statement donors want to receive.
Donor Statement Code Description	Required. Your institution's description of this donor statement code.
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this donor statement code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate a Donor Statement Code record.
