• An agency must be entered/selected.
• Entry of a project title is required. The user should enter the title as listed on sponsor forms.
• Start and stop dates are required.
• The direct cost amount is required. $0 is acceptable.
• The indirect cost amount is required. $0 is acceptable.
• A submission date is required.
• A proposal type code is required.
• A primary purpose code is required. There are seven options in the current table; however, there are only three options when the document is populated.
• Entry of at least one project director is required and should be designated as the 'primary' project director.
