Board Status Code

The Board Status Code is an attribute of the Account document that indicates the MSU Board of Trustees authorization status of projects related to plant fund accounts.

Document Layout

The Board Status Code document contains the Edit Board Status Code tab. In edit mode, the system automatically enters data into both the Old and New sections. Selected data fields are available for editing.

Edit Board Status tab definition

Title	Description
Board Status Code	Required. A two-digit code that identifies a board status
Board Status Name	Required. A familiar 40 character title that describes a board status
Active Indicator	Indicates whether this board status code is active or inactive. Remove the check mark to deactivate a board status code.
