Accessing Contracts & Grants Functions

The system's Contracts & Grants functions are grouped on the menus as follows.

• From the Main Menu tab users may create and maintain awards and proposals. These options are available in the Lookup and Maintenance submenu.

• The Maintenance menu tab offers access to support e-docs, including those for agency records and attributes that define valid types of commodity codes, phone numbers, and other information for use on proposal and award e-docs. These e-docs are accessible via the Contracts & Grants submenu.
