A department is transferring all of the asset records belonging to their Organization to an active Account Number in their Organization. The CAM Processor for a department opens the Asset Transfer Global(ATG) document and adds all Assets to their document that have inactive Organization Owner Account Numbers. The document is submitted and routes to allow applicable FO’s for approval. When the ATG is FINAL all asset records will be updated with the appropriate information
