• The document is created and edited by users in the MPA Card Administrator role. This role is also the only role granted permission to view sensitive data.
• The MPMD lookup and all documents are restricted unless user is part of the MPA Card Administrator or the Finance Business Application Support roles.
• Only active users are eligible to be cardholders and senior reviewers.
• Changes to the KFS Person records will not auto change the values contained in this maintenance table.
